We would like to inform you about the exchange process for defective items in the KANGDANIEL 1ST OFFICIAL FANCLUB [FLOWD] KIT. Please read the details below carefully.

Additionally, please note that the 1ST OFFICIAL FANCLUB [FLOWD] KIT will begin shipping sequentially based on order numbers starting on the 21st (Tuesday), and therefore, address changes will not be possible.

[Defective Product Exchange Guide]

- Exchange Request Period: Within 7 days after receiving the item

- How to Apply for an Exchange:

Go to the B.stage website > Navigate to MY > Customer Center > FAQ > Contact Us

* Service hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays)

- Required Information for Exchange

1) KIT order number

2) Purchaser's name

3) Defective item name (e.g., door sign, acrylic keyring)

4) Reason for exchange + Attach photos (Photo submission is mandatory)

5) Re-delivery information:

* Name / Contact number / Address (including postal code)
(If not provided, the item will be sent to the original shipping address used at the time of purchase.)
 

[Important Notes]

- Inquiries regarding defective items will not be handled by the artist’s agency.

- Exchanges can only be made once.

- Exchanges are not possible in the following cases:

* If more than 7 days have passed since the item was received

* Minor defects such as dents (under 5mm), scratches, or pressure marks that may occur during production

* If the packaging is damaged, reducing the product's value (except when it was opened to check the contents)

* If the product is lost or damaged due to customer negligence

* If the product's value has significantly decreased due to use or partial consumption

* If the product's resale value has significantly decreased over time

* If the packaging of a reproducible product is damaged
