This is to inform you that those who participated in the HAPPY B-DANIEL [HOME PARTY] held on December 10th will be placed on a blacklist and will not be able to participate in future events or activities.

Details regarding fan etiquette have been partially revised, leading to adjustments in the blacklist application period and certain penalties based on the updated standards.

We plan to apply these strict standards to future incidents as well. 

Therefore, we kindly request you to review and familiarize yourself with the revised details thoroughly.

[Absentees]

1) Individuals who submitted prior absence requests via email after the designated absence request period.

- Blacklist Application Period : 1 month from the start of the next album promotion activities.

2) Individuals who were absent on-site on the day of the event.

- Blacklist Application Period : 3 month from the start of the next album promotion activities.

While we prioritized ensuring as many participants as possible for this event and even announced additional winners, we kindly ask for your understanding regarding the adjustments made in light of the current situation.

[Transfer or Resale]

- Blacklist Reason: Transfer or resale of membership benefits
* Revocation of paid fan club membership and permanent blacklisting
(Withdrawal of account and membership blocking on the B.Stage platform will be carried out)

The reason we were unable to verify the personal information of the individual who received the membership transfer on-site is that we determined we do not have the authority to verify someone else’s ID without consent.

As announced in the revised fan club etiquette and blacklist notice, additional identification verification procedures will be implemented if similar situations (e.g., suspected ticket transfer) arise in the future.

We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

Those who fall under the categories mentioned above will be prohibited from participating in all artist-related events during the blacklist period, including music broadcasts (pre-recordings, live broadcasts, audience participation), fan signings, showcases, pre-sale privileges for concerts, and more.

Please be advised that if any acts of interference with the artist's work are detected, you may be excluded from all future events.
