We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all the FLOWD fans who continuously show love and support for KANGDANIEL.

We would like to inform you about the Blacklist System that will be applied in the event of any violations regarding fan etiquette towards KANGDANIEL.

For the safety, privacy, and well-being of our artist, as well as to promote a healthy fan culture, we kindly ask for your cooperation.

[Blacklist System Information]

1. No Invasion of KANGDANIEL Privacy or Personal Spaces

- Penalties will be applied if any of the following privacy violations are detected, and there may be a verification process to check the sources of the personal information.

① Attempting or engaging in actions to enter the agency building, personal spaces, or any private locations of the artist. 

② Attempting to buy or sell personal information such as KANGDANIEL’s ID number, contact information, home address, etc.

③ Attempting to buy or sell details regarding KANGDANIEL’s international or domestic flights, such as flight numbers or seat assignments.

- Please refrain from approaching KANGDANIEL during his commuting hours or visiting any of his personal spaces (e.g., company, practice rooms, home, shops, etc.) to deliver messages, letters, or gifts in person.

- This also includes waiting near locations such as convenience stores or cafés close to the company, or in parking lots of nearby buildings, as well as intentionally following his movement, whether on foot or by car.

- Refrain from following KANGDANIEL’s movements from one location to another, whether on foot or by vehicle, starting from his personal space.

2. ​​No Visiting Locations Not Included in Official Schedules

- Public broadcasts and events that fans can attend are announced through the official b.stage schedule. Please refrain from visiting non-official events, live broadcasts, or any schedules that are not made public.

- Please refrain from following KANGDANIEL during his arrival or departure for private activities, as it infringes upon his privacy.

- Areas like waiting rooms, parking lots, or restricted backstage spaces for artists, including KANGDANIEL, during public events or broadcasts are off-limits to fans. Please avoid entering these spaces.

- Please refrain from directly and continuously contacting external companies such as record labels, broadcasting stations, agencies, and affiliated companies regarding artist-related inquiries, as it may interfere with their work.

3. Adherence to Airport Etiquette

- Filming is prohibited in airports by law. Please refrain from the following actions.

① Attempting to obtain flight-related information in order to take the same flight as KANGDANIEL.

② Attempting to approach, talk to, or physically contact KANGDANIEL in close proximity. 

③ Taking photos or videos, or attempting to record in restricted areas of the airport (e.g., security checkpoints, lounges, duty-free areas, gates, security zones, baggage claim, etc.) or in-flight. 

④ Engaging in illegal behavior to photograph or film KANGDANIEL, interfering with his movement, or disrupting the flow of passengers at the airport. 

⑤ Interfering with or refusing to cooperate with the staff, domestic and international security teams, or any other relevant personnel.

4. No Filming in Restricted Areas

- It is strictly prohibited to take photos, videos, record, or live stream in areas where filming is not allowed, including fan sections at public broadcasts. Any violation may result in confiscation of equipment and deletion of the content, followed by forced removal from the event. We have repeatedly emphasized this issue, and violations have become more frequent, so we will be strictly enforcing this rule.

- Please be aware that filming or recording in areas restricted for the artist or fans may cause direct harm to both the artist and the fan club.

5. No Contact with KANGDANIEL’s Family or Friends

- Refrain from making personal contact with KANGDANIEL’s family (including relatives) or friends or attempting to deliver gifts through them.

6. No Following KANGDANIEL’s Vehicle
- Do not follow KANGDANIEL’s vehicle, whether by taxi, private car, or any other means, as this could lead to dangerous accidents for both the artist and the fans.

7. Prohibition on Transferring Rights Related to KANGDANIEL’s Official Activities

- The transfer, sale, or proxy receipt of participation rights for public broadcasts, tickets for official events and performances, and similar items is strictly prohibited.
Violations may result in permanent suspension of paid fan club membership and disqualification. (This includes public broadcast items, IDs, memberships, etc.)

8. No Abusive Language or Behavior Towards KANGDANIEL and Staff

- Refrain from using abusive language, including profanities, towards KANGDANIEL or his staff.

- Refrain from ignoring requests from event staff or engaging in inappropriate behavior (e.g., physical contact or coercive speech).

- Any disruptive behavior such as sending excessive emails or making threatening comments towards the artist will not be tolerated.

[Blacklist Application Criteria]

• Visiting locations unrelated to official schedules.
• Entering restricted areas.
• Violating fan club etiquette at airports or onboard flights.
• Engaging in illegal filming in prohibited areas.
• Contacting the artist's family or acquaintances.
• Traveling alongside the artist’s vehicle.
• Being caught transferring or selling items related to official activities.
• Failing to attend public broadcasts or offline events organized by the fan club.
• Violating fan club etiquette during arrival/departure schedules.
  (Please note that the artist’s arrival/departure schedules may vary depending on circumstances. We kindly request your full cooperation with the on-site staff's instructions.)
• Providing support or gifts to the artist or staff members.
  (Please be reminded that our artists do not accept any gifts except fan letters. Gifts sent through staff or third parties are immediately discarded, so please take note.)
• Disrupting operations by contacting external agencies or broadcasters directly with inquiries related to the artist.
• Violating privacy or engaging in other intrusive behavior.

* Individuals who are found to be in violation of the above criteria will be placed on the blacklist and subject to actions based on the outlined criteria.

▶ 1st Violation: 3-month activity suspension starting from the date of the incident
(In the case of a break period, the suspension will be extended to future activities)

▶ 2nd Violation: 6-month activity suspension starting from the date of the incident
(In the case of a break period, the suspension will be extended to future activities)

▶ 3rd Violation: Permanent fanclub activity suspension (account deletion on the B-Stage platform)
 

* The blacklist suspension will begin from the notice date, and the corresponding period will be applied once activities resume.
(For break periods, participants will be excluded from event selections, such as anniversary events)
 

* If there is a violation of the fanclub etiquette notice, identity verification (ID check) will be requested after the first violation, and failure to comply with the request, as well as the degree of violation, may lead to permanent restrictions on fan participation without further notice.

Permanent blacklist registration will occur without prior warning and may result in limitations on participation in all events, performances, and activities organized or hosted by the company, without prior notice.

Furthermore, if ongoing etiquette violations are identified after being placed on the permanent blacklist, legal action may be taken.
