10월 12~13일 진행되는 ‘2024 KANG DANIEL CONCERT [ACT]’ 의 기부 화환 관련하여 안내 말씀 드립니다.
[화환 종류 및 수량 제한]
- 화환 설치 신청 갯 수 : 총 40팀 (선착순으로 마감 예정)
- 기부가 가능한 품목의 축하 기부 화환 설치 가능 (쌀, 연탄, 사료, 라면 등)
- 일반 꽃화환 불가
- 개인 신청자 or 단체 신청팀 1팀당 최대 1개의 기부 화환 신청 가능
- 화환 규격은 가로(100cm) * 높이(제한 없음) 이내 사이즈로만 설치 가능합니다.
- 사전에 신청 되지 않은 기부 화환이 설치될 경우 강제 철거됩니다.

* 설치 가능 화한 개수를 초과할 경우 종료 기간 전에 마감될 수 있습니다.

[유의사항]
- 신청된 모든 기부 화환 설치가 가능한 것은 아니며, 현장 상황에 맞게 설치가 가능한 개수만큼 접수 순서에 따라 설치 가능 여부와 함께 일정을 안내 드릴 예정입니다.
- 일정 내에 화환 문구 및 디자인 이미지 파일이 확인되지 않은 화환은 수거될 수 있습니다.
- 아티스트 앨범 이미지, 프로필, 보도자료 등 공식 이미지의 고화질 파일 등 자료는 별도로 제공하지 않습니다. 또한 타인이 촬영한 이미지를 사용할 경우, 촬영한 개인 혹은 단체와 사전 협의를 통하여 사진 출처에 대한 문제가 발생하지 않도록 유의해 주시기 바라며, 이와 관련하여 문제가 발생할 시 당사는 책임지지 않습니다.
- 기부 화환의 설치, 수거 과정 및 기부 과정까지 모두 업체를 통해 신청자 및 신청팀에서 자체적으로 진행해주셔야 합니다. 당사는 설치 및 수거 일정 안내만 도와드릴 수 있으며, 반드시 자체적으로 모든 과정을 진행하실 수 있을 경우에만 신청하여 주시기 바랍니다.
- 현장 설치 위치는 사전에 지정 불가하며, 설치되는 과정에서 랜덤으로 배치되는 점 양해 부탁드립니다.
- 당일 현장 상황으로 인해 설치 및 수거 일정이 변동될 수 있는 점 미리 양해 부탁드립니다.

We would like to provide information regarding the donation wreaths for the ‘2024 KANG DANIEL CONCERT [ACT]’ taking place on October 12-13.
[Wreath Types and Quantity Limit]
- Total Number of Applications : 40 teams (first come, first served)
- Donatable Items : Celebration donation wreaths can include rice, briquettes, feed, ramen, etc. (flower wreaths are not allowed)
- Application Limit : Each individual or group can apply for a maximum of one donation wreath.
- Size Requirements : Wreaths can only be installed within a width of 100cm (height is unrestricted).
- Unregistered Wreaths : Wreaths that have not been pre-registered will be forcibly removed.

[Important Notes]
- Not all applied donation wreaths will be eligible for installation; installation will be based on the number that can be accommodated on-site in order of application.
- Wreaths that do not have confirmed messages and design images within the specified period may be removed.
- Official images such as artist album images, profiles, press materials, etc., will not be provided separately. If using images taken by others, please ensure to obtain prior consent from the photographer or organization to avoid any issues regarding image sources; the company will not be held responsible for any resulting issues.
- The installation and collection of donation wreaths, as well as the donation process, must be managed by the applicants or their teams. The company will only assist with scheduling installation and collection. Please apply only if you can manage all processes independently.
- The installation location on-site cannot be designated in advance and will be randomly assigned during the installation process. Thank you for your understanding.
