We are providing information regarding participation in the public broadcast. Please note that this notice applies to all public broadcasts involving KANGDANIEL.

If you wish to participate, please review the following guidelines and make sure to follow them when applying for the public broadcast.

[Public Broadcast Participation Application Guidelines]

- Participation in the public broadcast is only available to members who have joined the 1st OFFICIAL FLOWD official fan club.

- Only one application per person is allowed. Duplicate applications are not permitted. (Applying with multiple IDs is not allowed.)

- If you submit duplicate applications or use multiple IDs with the same information, you will be excluded from the final list.

- The application board will be available on the B.stage survey board and will open 30 minutes before the application time.

- You can apply for participation only within the application period, and not after that.

- After the application period ends, you can check your participation status through the final participation list announcement on the b.stage app.
 

[Entry Guidelines for Public Broadcast]

- Before entry, a check of attendees will be conducted by the fan club representatives. Individuals who have not undergone the check, even if their names are on the list, will not be permitted to enter.

- The check will start exactly at the time and place announced in advance.

- Before the check begins, please refer to the participation list announcement and line up according to your assigned number. If you are not in the correct line when the check starts, you will be considered late.

- If you arrive late for the check, you will be placed at the end of the line rather than according to your number on the list. A warning will be issued for late arrival. Accumulation of two warnings will result in being blacklisted until the next album release.

-If any required items are missing or if any information is not confirmed during the attendance check, the participant will be allowed entry only after completing the final confirmation of the missing items within the designated check-in time, and will be placed at the end of the list instead of their original assigned number.

- If you are late for the check and attempt to sneak into the line with your number or have a friend help you, you will be unable to participate on the day and will receive a warning.

- After the check, leaving your place, dispersing, or exiting before the fan club representative’s announcement is not allowed.

- Transfer or exchange of numbers is not permitted after the check, and detection of such actions will result in being blacklisted. (Revocation of paid fan club membership)

- If you are on the list but fail to attend, you will be blacklisted until the next album release.

* Please note that the guidelines may change depending on the situation, so be sure to check the relevant participation notice.

[On-Site Participation Guidelines for Public Broadcast]

- If no additional instructions are provided, there will be no on-site participation for the public broadcast.

- All on-site participation guidelines will be announced through KANGDANIEL_STAFF X (Twitter).

- Please carefully review and follow the instructions provided by the staff regarding assembly locations, check-in times, and other details for each public broadcast.

- Filming and recording are strictly prohibited at all public broadcast sites. Violations will result in data deletion and immediate removal from the venue. Additionally, individuals will be blacklisted after identity verification and will be banned from participating in any public broadcasts until the next music broadcast activity.

- Personal cheering tools are not allowed at any public broadcast site. (This includes personal slogans, sketchbooks, etc.)

* However, official light sticks such as KANGDANIEL OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK versions 1 and 2 are permitted.

[Public Broadcast Application Instructions]

- Application Method : Submit your application by filling out the form through the participation link available on the b.stage app.

- Application Form: Name / Date of Birth / Contact Number / Membership Number

Example: KANGDANIEL / 961210 / 010-1996-1210 / A0A0A0

* The date of birth should be entered in 6 digits, and the contact number must include hyphens (-).

* If incorrect information is provided or if there is a discrepancy with the information verified on-site, you will not be allowed to participate in the fan club seats.

* If the number of applicants with correct information is fewer than the available entry slots, additional participants will be accepted based on the order of quick applications made for that open time.

* The participation link will be available 30 minutes before the announced application time.

[Public Broadcast Attendance Preparation Checklist]

1) Valid ID for Personal Verification

- Only physical or mobile identification cards such as a resident registration card, driver’s license, student ID, alien registration card, passport, or certificate are accepted. (Printed copies, photos taken with a phone, or screenshots of mobile IDs are not allowed.)

- The ID must include both a photo and date of birth.

- IDs with a photo that does not match the individual will not be accepted.

- IDs that are damaged and difficult to verify will not be accepted.

- If the date of birth is not listed on the ID, please bring additional documentation that verifies your date of birth. (Such as a passport, certificate of residence, health insurance card, or family relationship certificate.)

- For minors, Student IDs that include a photo and date of birth, confirming identity, are acceptable. Nationally issued youth cards or confirmation of issuance for youth cards can also be used as alternatives.

* If your ID cannot be verified, entry will not be permitted under any circumstances.

2) KANGDANIEL OFFICIAL FANCLUB [FLOWD] 1st Generation Membership Card

- Verification of the OFFICIAL FANCLUB [FLOWD] 1st Generation Membership Card

* Both physical and digital membership cards are available (only one of them will be verified).

- Digital Membership Card: KANGDANIEL Official Platform Page > MY Page > My Membership

3) KANGDANIEL 6TH MINI ALBUM [Glow to Haze] Album

* Physical albums (Glow ver. / Haze ver.), MINI CD KEYRING ver., and PVC POUCH ver. (must include all components)

- During the first week of promotions, only printed proof of album purchase (paper) will be accepted for verification, in order to ensure smooth attendance check. The purchase receipt must be printed on paper, and verification will only be possible if all album versions and your personal purchase details are clearly shown. Please make sure to prepare accordingly.

Additionally, for the second week of music show promotions, sealed and unopened albums can be verified immediately, so please be sure to take note of this as well.

- Please make sure to bring the full physical album with all included components.

- Album purchase receipts will not be accepted unless otherwise stated in a separate official notice.

4) Mobile Verification of Streaming Count for KANGDANIEL 6TH MINI ALBUM [Glow to Haze] Title Track

- Use one of the following platforms: Melon, Genie, Bugs, or FLO.

* How to Verify Streaming Counts on Each Platform

- Melon : Search for [ACT] album > Select title track > View streaming card for this track

- genie : My Music > Recently Played / Most Played > Streaming count for the title track

- Bugs : My Music > Recently Played / Most Played > Streaming count for the title track

- FLO : Library > Most Played / Recently Listened > Streaming count for the title track

- Streaming count verification must be done through the app or website only; photos, copies, screenshots, or printed materials are not accepted.

- Only accounts registered under your own name or direct family members listed on a family relationship certificate will be accepted. In this case, please bring a family relationship certificate.

- Only streaming counts aggregated from one account will be accepted. Streaming counts combined from multiple accounts (e.g., direct family members and yourself) will not be accepted.
 

5) Download Purchase Record for All Tracks of 6TH MINI ALBUM [Glow to Haze]

- Melon > My Music > Purchase History > Individual Track Download Page

- You must download all tracks from the first track to the last.

- Only downloads made under your own account or under the name of a direct family member listed on a family relationship certificate will be accepted. If using a family member's account, please ensure to bring the family relationship certificate.

- The download purchase record must include your account information. (The name on your account must match the name on your ID.)

- Only individual track MP3 files are accepted as purchase proof. (Subscription or voucher downloads are not accepted.)

6) Printed Melon Identity Verification Page

- Personal Information Management Page : Melon - My Information - Personal Information Management - Name/Age Verification

* If it is difficult to accurately verify due to printing, it will be considered a missing required item. Please be sure to pay attention to this.

[Important Notes Regarding the Public Broadcast Card]

- The ‘Glow to Haze’ public broadcast card will be provided to all participants attending any ‘Glow to Haze’-related public broadcasts.

- Upon receiving the ‘Glow to Haze’ public broadcast card, you must fill in all required information on the spot.

- Criteria for receiving the digital music verification sticker: Printed proof of individual purchase of all tracks from ‘Glow to Haze’ (Melon, individual track files) + printed Melon personal verification page.

- Criteria for receiving the album verification sticker: Physical copies of both versions of the ‘Glow to Haze’ album (Glow ver. / Haze ver.) and the MINI CD KEYRING & PVC POUCH versions must be shown. (During the first week of music show promotions, printed proof of album purchase may be accepted as a substitute.)

- Criteria for receiving the fan club verification sticker: Verification will be based on either the official fan club card or the digital membership screen within the b.stage app.

- Once you’ve received both the digital music and album verification stickers, you will no longer need to bring those items to future public broadcasts.

- The public broadcast card will not be reissued if lost.

- If the public broadcast card or any stickers are transferred to someone else, the individual may be blacklisted or issued a warning, and will be excluded from all future KANGDANIEL-related events.

- A Special Gift will be provided when you receive your public broadcast card. Supplies are limited and distributed one per person at the time of card issuance, and cannot be exchanged or replaced.

[Letter Delivery Guidelines]

- During the public broadcast check-in time, letters can be delivered through fan club representatives.

- No other gifts will be accepted.

* Any actions deemed inappropriate beyond the above guidelines may result in denial of entry to the public broadcast and blacklisting.
